In this key leadership role, you will partner closely with the executive team to build a high-performance, inclusive, and mission-driven culture. You will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee experience, performance management, learning & development, and organizational design — all in service of accelerating scientific innovation and growth.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Define and execute Qedma’s global HR strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build and scale recruiting processes to attract top-tier talent in tech, science, and business.
- Implement programs for leadership development, employee engagement, and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant, scalable, and forward-thinking.
About you:
- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in tech or deep-tech companies.
- Proven track record in building and scaling HR functions in fast-growing environments.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for science, innovation, and fostering world-class teams.
