VP of Human Resources

About the job:

In this key leadership role, you will partner closely with the executive team to build a high-performance, inclusive, and mission-driven culture. You will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee experience, performance management, learning & development, and organizational design — all in service of accelerating scientific innovation and growth.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Define and execute Qedma’s global HR strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build and scale recruiting processes to attract top-tier talent in tech, science, and business.
  • Implement programs for leadership development, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related matters.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant, scalable, and forward-thinking.

About you:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in tech or deep-tech companies.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling HR functions in fast-growing environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for science, innovation, and fostering world-class teams.
  • Experience in global HR or working with international teams
